Scope of Work for Statutory Compliances:
AHEAD will visit the Company with prior intimation of the responsible person when compliance Audit is required and maintain the necessary Challans, Registers, Forms and Returns etc., according to various labour laws.
Company will have to maintain Attendance Register regularly, Fill up necessary Forms and collect the require information from the Employees to audit the records. AHEAD will also keep the Company updated with the amendment of Applicable Labour Laws. AHEAD will also take care to submit monthly, half yearly and yearly statutory returns for the applicable labour laws.
Company will have to pay Travelling Allowance, Lodging, Boarding and local Conveyance on Actual basis for the personnel who will be travelling to various sites of the clients.
